Jen is a dedicated and compassionate Mood Coach committed to guiding and supp0orting her clients on their journey towards emotional well-being.
Being a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Jen knows the role food plays on our mood and mental health, the effects it has on our nervous system and how to support these issues. She is also certified in Mental Health Crisis Response and a Cold Facilitator.
Jen is the founder of Cold Community North, a cold exposure studio created to empower women to build resiliency and create a positive mindset. She also founded Eat Zen with Jen, a food delivery company providing foods designed to improve your mood.

Chiropractor, Movement Teacher, Breath coach.
Emma is a chiropractic doctor, movement specialist, and breath coach whose commitment to holistic well-being extends beyond the clinic.
Emma's approach to healing is a blend of science and soul, recognizing the profound influence of energetics and mindset on a healing journey. Within her health practice, she places a priority on nurturing the mind, body, and breath, to find true well-being and soulful happiness.
When not working with clients, you can find Emma navigating between the sauna and cold plunge, embodying a natural lifestyle and holistic health.

At Regulate Retreat, we believe that food is more than just fuel—it's a cornerstone of wellness and mood balance. Our thoughtfully curated menu is designed to support blood sugar regulation and elevate your mood, using ingredients that nourish both body and spirit. We are proud to feature locally grown organic foods wherever possible, with all proteins sourced from Northern Raised, a trusted provider known for their high-quality, ethically raised meats. Our honey, maple syrup, eggs, herbs and vegetables will all be sourced from a local organic farm, reflecting our dedication to local agriculture and sustainability.

ABSOLUTELY. Food is key to feeling your best. Plus, we want to take some weight off your shoulders so you can relax. We have the food covered and you will be eating well this weekend! Snacks will be provided upon arrival, Friday dinner will be served, Saturday Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. We will have breakfast together and snacks on Sunday morning before we all check-out. Feel free to bring your own snacks if desired.
Both Jen and Emma are experts at creating magic moments. Be prepared to have many of them as we immerse ourselves in nature, partaking in breathwork journeys, deeply relaxing yoga classes, cold plunges, time in the sauna and so much more!
Green Nest Lodge - a retreat center 2 hours outside of Toronto is the Kawartha Lakes. This lodge is located on 2 acres of land and looks out to "Sandy Lake".
Check-in is 3pm on Friday and we will check-out by 12pm on Sunday.
This weekend is all about YOU. So with that said, listen to your body and participate in only what's calling you. You're coming to fill your cup - no matter what that looks like.
Well then, we're excited to be your first! All activities will be suitable for all levels of experience.
We are happy to give you a full refund if you cancel your booking 21 days before the retreat start date. If you cannot show up for the retreat or need to cancel within 14 days of the retreat start date, we are happy to refund you 50% of your booking cost. Any cancelations within 2 weeks before the retreat start date will not receive a refund.
